Our team will pick you up directly from your hotel or any public location in Banyuwangi. After a warm introduction and short briefing, we begin the scenic 2‑hour drive to Paltuding Base Camp, the starting point of the Ijen Crater Trek. This is the perfect time to rest and sleep before your adventure.

02:00 – Arrival at Paltuding Base Camp
Upon arrival, enjoy a short rest while our crew arranges your entrance administration. Prepare for the unforgettable journey to witness the Ijen Blue Fire phenomenon.

02:30 – Trekking to Ijen Crater Rim
Start your 1.5–2 hour trek to the crater rim. Along the way, you’ll encounter traditional sulfur miners beginning their daily work. Take the opportunity to interact and learn about their unique lifestyle.

04:30 – Explore the Famous Blue Fire of Ijen
From the crater rim, descend into the crater to witness the rare Blue Fire of Mount Ijen, visible only before sunrise. Watch miners extract sulfur and carry heavy loads in bamboo baskets. As daylight approaches, the blue flames gradually fade, replaced by breathtaking views of the turquoise acid lake.

05:30 – Return Trek to Paltuding
Climb back to the crater rim and descend to Paltuding. The downhill trek is shorter and easier, giving you time to reflect on the magical experience.

07:00 – Breakfast at Paltuding
Enjoy a well‑deserved breakfast at the base camp before departure.

08:00 – Transfer Back to Banyuwangi
Relax during the 2‑hour drive back to Banyuwangi city.

10:00 – Tour Ends in Banyuwangi
Arrive back in Banyuwangi, concluding your Ijen Crater Blue Fire Tour with unforgettable memories.

• Warm Jacket, the temperature in Ijen at midnight ranges between 5-15 celcius degree
• Good shoe (trekking shoe is better)
• Head lamp, strongly recommended because this activity involve night trekking

• Health Certificate, published either by local or international clinic.

• Health Certificate Requirement A valid health certificate is required for hiking Mount Ijen. You may bring one from your home country or obtain it from a local clinic in Banyuwangi. If needed, we can assist with the process for an additional fee—details are available in the booking form.
• Local Guide Service Included This tour includes a certified local guide who will accompany your group throughout the trek. Guides provide safety support, cultural insights, and help navigate the crater descent to witness the blue fire. For small groups (under 4 people), the guide may be shared with other travelers.
• Foreign Tourist Entrance Fee International visitors are subject to an additional entrance ticket fee at Ijen Crater. Please refer to the booking form for current pricing and payment instructions.
• Rainy Season Advisory If your tour is scheduled between December and May, we strongly recommend bringing a raincoat. Weather conditions can shift quickly during the rainy season.
• Temperature & Seasonal Notes Expect cold temperatures ranging from 0°C to 10°C, especially during the dry season (May to September). Dress warmly and layer appropriately for early morning trekking.
• Booking Deadline Bookings must be completed at least 1 day before departure to allow time for permit processing and guide coordination.
• Flexible Itinerary Tour timing may vary depending on your pickup location, traffic conditions, and on-site circumstances. We strive to follow the itinerary closely while ensuring safety and comfort.

• International ticket: Rp150.000
• Each attraction ticket is valid for 1 time use in a day per person.
• Children (2-5) years old Non-Indonesian ID Card Holder are also subject for this additional fee.
