15.00-17.00: Break and free time.
17.00-18.00: Enjoy sunset moment at Lipi.

Day 2

Itinerary

Day 1

06.00-06.30: Semua peserta sudah harus berada di Meeting point yang telah ditentukan di dermaga Muara Angke, tidak ada yang terlambat!
07.00-09.00: Setelah semua peserta berkumpul, kita akan berangkat menuju pulau Pari, perjalanan selama kurang lebih 2 jam. Selama perjalanan kita juga bisa menikmati pulau-pulau kecil yang masih bagian dari Kepulauan Seribu.
09.00-11.00: Tiba di pulau Pari, break sejenak selanjutnya makan siang.
12.00-15.00: Snorkeling di beberapa spot menarik di pulau Pari, di sini kita bisa menikmati keindahan alam bawah laut pulau Pari, biota laut yang sengaja dilestarikan dan dijaga, kita juga bisa mengambil foto underwater selama snorkeling.
15.00-17.00: Break dan free time.
17.00-18.00: Enjoy sunset moment di Lipi.
18.00-19.00: Makan malam di Home stay.
19.00-22.00: BBQ time, kita akan menikmati ikan bakar sambil bersantai menikmati suasana malam di pantai Pasir Perawan yang asri.
22.00-: Free time dan istirahat.

Day 2

05.00-06.00: Pagi kita akan menikmati sunrise di dekat dermaga Bukit Matahari.

07.00-10.00: Free time, gunakan untuk mengelilingi pulau, dapat juga bersantai di tepi pantai sambil menikmati es kelapa muda, atau kegiatan lainnya seperti banana boat dll.
10.00-11.00: Packing dan persiapan kembali ke Jakarta.
11.00-14.00: Back to Jakarta. Tiba di Muara Angke, di sini kita akan berpisah.

Pulau Pari - Kepulauan Seribu

Short Review of Pari Island

Pari Island is part of Thousand Islands, with a fast boat can be taken 1-1.5 hours from Marina Ancol dock or from Port Kali Adem in Muara Angke, North Jakarta.

The island is relatively close to the Rambut island, Lancang island, Tidung island, and Pramuka Island at the center of the Thousand Islands regency government. Of some of the islands, Pari Island can be taken in less than 30 minutes. Pari becomes one point stop of the fast boat owned by Jakarta Transportation Agency serving the route Muara Angke – Thousand Islands twice a day.

The island offers three main attractions, namely Pantai Perawan (Virgin Beach), Bukit Matahari, Pantai Pasir Keresek. In Virgin Beach, we can enjoy white sand while running on the beach. If you want a little sweaty, bring the volleyball. There is the field to play beach volleyball for the visitors. Another interesting Activities in Pari Island is cycling.

This small island circled by bike and will not take more than an hour, but worth it. Generally, every lodging house certainly provides bicycles for rent. But, if you go with a group of travel agents, usually bicycle is included in the package.

In addition to the above attractions, snorkeling on this island is very exciting, the sea is shallow with crystal clear waters, you can rent a small fishing boat which can be found nearby the virgin sandy beach to explore snorkeling spots, with small boat we can more freely explore the spots of snorkeling, usually a local fisherman who guides us will show the interesting spots.

You do not need to worry where will stay overnight, on this island many houses are rented out to visitors, the rent price is not too expensive, of course, do not expect luxury facilities, you will not find a five-star hotel in such a small island like Pari island.

Itinerary

Day 1 (L & D)

05.30am: You have to be at Muara Angke dock for registration. The boat will be departed to Pari island on 06.00am, after voyage about 1-1,5 hour we will arrive at Pari island, next we will check in Home Stay then free activities, You can take a rest or you take around the island and the beach. On 12.00am: lunch will be served, after that we will prepare to explore interesting snorkeling spots around the island, we have long enough time until afternoon to do snorkeling, with small boat we can move from one spot to another easily, before later afternoon we will back to Virgin beach to enjoy sunrise in the beach, next we will back to Home Stay and break.

07.00pm: we will start dinner and BBQ, we will provide you a fresh fish to be grilled, this will become your dinner dish. Next free activities and rest.

Day 2 (B)

On earlier morning we will enjoy sunrise on the hill of sun then we can enjoy the fresh morning in the beach or you can take around the island by bicycle, on 07.30am we will have breakfast, then packing and check out from your Home Stay and directly heading toward the dock, your boat will arrive on 09.30am: the transfer you to Muara Angke dock – Jakarta, tour ends.

Review Singkat Pulau Pari

Pulau Pari adalah bagian dari Kepulaun Seribu,  dengan kapal cepat bisa ditempuh 1-1,5 jam dari Dermaga Marina di Ancol atau dari Pelabuhan Kaliadem di Muara Angke, Jakarta Utara. Pulau ini relatif dekat dengan Pulau Rambut, Lancang, Tidung, dan Pulau Pramuka yang menjadi pusat pemerintahan Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu. Dari beberapa pulau itu, Pari bisa ditempuh kurang dari 30 menit. Pari menjadi salah satu titik singgah kapal-kapal cepat angkutan umum milik Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta yang melayani rute Muara Angke-Kepulauan Seribu dua kali sehari.

Pulau ini menawarkan tiga obyek wisata andalan, yaitu Pantai Perawan, Dermaga Bukit Matahari, dan Pantai Pasir Kresek. Di Pantai Perawan, kita bisa menikmati pasir putih sambil berlarian di pinggir pantai. Jika ingin sedikit berkeringat, bawalah bola voli. Di sana ada lapangan untuk bermain voli pantai bagi para pengunjung. Kegiatan yang tak kalah menarik di Pulau Pari adalah bersepeda. Mengitari pulau kecil ini dengan sepeda tak akan memakan waktu lebih dari satu jam, tapi memuaskan. Umumnya, setiap rumah penginapan menyediakan sepeda untuk disewakan.

Selain atraksi di atas, snorkeling di pulau Pari juga seru, perairannya dangkal tapi jernih, anda bisa menyewa kapal nelayan ukuran kecil yang bisa dijumpai di dekat pantai pasir perawan untuk menjelajahi spot-spot snorkeling, dengan kapal kecil tersebut kita bisa lebih leluasa menjelajahi spot-spot snorkeling, biasanya nelayan lokal yang memandu kita akan menunjukkan spot-spot yang menarik.

Anda tak perlu hawatir di mana akan bermalam, di pulau ini banyak rumah penduduk yang disewakan kepada para pengunjung sebagai tempat singgah, harga sewanya juga tak terlampau mahal, tentu saja jangan berharap fasilitas yang serba mewah, anda tidak akan menjumpai hotel berbintang di pulau kecil semacam pulau pari.

Jam 05.30 WIB Anda sudah harus berada di dermaga Muara Angke untuk registrasi. Boat akan diberangkatkan menuju Pulau Pari pada jam 06.00, setelah perjalanan kurang lebih 1-1,5 jam kita akan tiba pulau Pari, selanjutnya check in di Home Stay dan free activities, Anda bisa istirahat atau berkeliling di sekitar pantai. Jam 12.00 makan siang akan disajikan, selepas makan siang kita akan bersiap menjelajahi spot-spot snorkeling menarik di sekitar pulau, kita punya waktu sampai sore untuk snorkeling, menggunakan kapal kecil, kita akan berpindah dari satu spot menuju spot yang lain. Menjelang matahari tenggelam kita akan kembali ke Pantai Perawan untuk menikmati sunset di tepi pantai. Selanjutnya kembali ke home stay dan break.

Jam 19.00 WIB kita akan memulai BBQ dan makan malam, ada ikan segar untuk anda panggang dan nikmati sebagai sajian makan malam, selanjutnya acara bebas dan istirahat.

Day 2 (B)

Pagi-pagi sekali kita akan menikmati sunrise di Bukit Matahari dekat dermaga, selanjutnya kita bisa menikmati suasana pagi yang segar di tepi pantai dan bisa berkeliling pulau dengan sepeda, jam 07.30 sarapan pagi akan disajikan, selanjutnya packing dan check out dari Home stay dan segera menuju dermaga untuk menanti kedatangan boat, kurang lebih jam 09.30 boat akan tiba di pulau pari dan mengantar kita kembali ke Muara Angke – Jakarta dan mengakhiri program tour ini.

Selain atraksi di atas, snorkeling di pulau Pari juga seru, perairannya dangkal tapi jernih, anda bisa menyewa kapal nelayan ukuran kecil yang bisa dijumpai di dekat pantai pasir perawan untuk menjelajahi spot-spot snorkeling, dengan kapal kecil tersebut kita bisa lebih leluasa menjelajahi spot-spot snorkeling, biasanya nelayan lokal yang memandu kita akan menunjukkan spot-spot yang menarik.

Anda tak perlu hawatir di mana akan bermalam, di pulau ini banyak rumah penduduk yang disewakan kepada para pengunjung sebagai tempat singgah, harga sewanya juga tak terlampau mahal, tentu saja jangan berharap fasilitas yang serba mewah, anda tidak akan menjumpai hotel berbintang di pulau kecil semacam pulau pari.

Trip to Pari Island – Thousand Islands – Jakarta

We should leave Friday morning and we will have a chance 3 day 2-night vacation in Pari Island – Thousand Islands – Jakarta, but my boss is still living until Friday afternoon, so we only had a chance 2 days 1 night, although reduced one day, but still not diminished the taste of this holiday.

Saturday morning, we have to arrive early in the morning at Kali Adem dock- Muara Angke in order to cross to the Thousand Islands, the boat will cross left around 06.30 am in the morning, so before that time we had to be at the dock or if we late we cannot cross to the Pari island. Before crossing, we took morning breakfast around Muara Angke, there are many cafeterias already standby at that morning and we get breakfast.

Kali Adem is the new pier, operated for the purpose of passenger transportation for thousand island people or visitors, there is a fast boat that will take passenger into thousand islands and then take the other to Kali Adem dock, before the dock was built, backpackers usually cross to the Thousand Islands, using a rented fishing boat.

Journey from Kali Adem Pier to Pari island taken about 40 minutes to 1 hour depend to the weather, if you are not used to taking journey by ship, you will usually nauseous and vomiting, therefore, I suggest you sit in the back of ship which is more calm, because in the front of the ship due to shock waves will be felt, the ticket price of Rp. 26.000, -.

Pari Island is one island between many more island in this area which was already famous as a tourist destination in Jakarta, there are many islands in the Thousand Islands that became tourist destination, Pari Island is fairly newly developed, only little tourist facilitation we can find here, not like in the Pramuka Island, or Untung Jawa island, or  Sepa or Tidung island that was already more famous earlier, even banana boat we cannot find here, because it the beach has more natural atmosphere. Pari island has a population of about 350 families, and according to people’s information that Pari Island still in dispute, because of it, tourism beach developers did not want to invest on the island, there are positive and negative consequences of the condition of the dispute, one side, tourism development on this island become sluggish, but on the other hand, this causes Pari Island residents cooperate among theme self  to advance tourism in their island, which means the awareness to be independent and to make Pari Island as a tourism destination truly started from the minds and hearts of the locals, and I think there is no something better than they worked together to advance their environment. And they are really self-conscious and consolidate to build Pari Island as a tourist destination in the Thousand Islands to compete with the surrounding islands that were already started long before them.

We arrived at Pari Island around 08.00 am – that is because the ship departure delayed, what should we do first is to find inn where we over the night in Pari Island, the average inn rental rates in Pari Island ranges from 300 thousand to 450 thousand for one night, but how lucky we get a homestay with only 150 thousand for the night, even though we should know that the in is not as good as the inn with the price of 450 thousand, but it is enough to just rest and over night.

Staying up all night before we left here is indeed exhausting, so we go sleep upon our arrival, we woke up around 01:30 pm to start a vacation activity in Pari Island, there are several points of destination in Pari Island, there is a Virgin sand beach, there are hills of sunrise, there is also a snorkeling spot, our first goal was a virgin sand beach. The manager of the beach hygiene charging Rp. 2.000, – for the purposes of maintaining the cleanliness of the Virgin sand beaches, and expenses in full force one day, so you do not need to worry to go back to the inn and back again to Virgin sand Beach repeatedly, while on the same day, you will not be charged again.

On this beach, we chatted with a few locals who deal with Virgin sand beaches, and they then offered us to drop off at one of the snorkeling spots around the island. To get to the snorkeling spot we had to rent a wooden boat paddle driven by residents, the rent of Rp. 40.000, – per boat, one boat containing a maximum of 4 people, we also rent snorkeling equipment with a rental fee of Rp. 40.000.

Underwater scenery at Pari Island is awesome, well-preserved marine life and healthy coral reefs and many kinds of fishes, with a small paddle boat we were riding, we can reach some snorkeling spots without hassles, and it is true really beautiful, awareness of citizens to preserve marine life make underwater territory of Pari Island are really beautiful, really memorable snorkeling experience. Towards sunset we finished snorkeling activities and get back to the island, on the way home we watched the sunset on the beach is so beautiful, amazing twilight afternoon flushed, reddish yellow horizon, the sun shadow bouncing in the sea surface, for those of you who like beaches, of course, you will really enjoy this moment, an experience that probably cannot be enjoyed by those who are too busy with sparkling metropolis of Jakarta.

After a shower and clean in the homestay, we prepared dinner with squid main menu, we had been booked in advance to one of the residents to cook squid for us. The menu is really spicy, but we ate ravenously until the full, anyway we were too hungry after a day of snorkeling, and then we take rest, we need it to be able to wake up tomorrow morning to enjoy the sunrise on the hills of sunrise.

We woke up when the sun is just rising and we rush to find a place to enjoy the moment, the sunrise on the beach, it is always refreshing, enjoy the warmth of the morning sun, the fresh morning air, and the waves that reflect the sun and its rays, the Thousand Islands is a paradise for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful moment of archipelagos, if you live in Jakarta or if were in Jakarta and had enough time, I suggest to make a vacation in the Thousand Islands, don’t miss it.

On 11 AM we had to go home, because the ship will cross from Pari Island dock to Kali Adem dock is on 03:00 pm, one day and one night in Pari Island was really fun, even though we were not fully satisfied, but enough to relax my self from the busy and the bustle of  living in Jakarta.
