Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Surabaya/Malang → Sempu Island

  • Morning Pick‑up: Guests are picked up from Surabaya or Malang airport/station. Early arrival is recommended due to the distance.
  • Drive to Sendang Biru Beach (2 hours): Pass through villages and forest plantations before reaching Sendang Biru, the gateway to Sempu Island.
  • Lunch & Rest at Sendang Biru Beach: Enjoy white sand views and prepare for the crossing.
  • Boat Ride to Sempu Island (15–20 minutes): Cross by local fisherman boat to the Gulf of Ants, one of the main entrances to Segoro Anakan.
  • Jungle Trek to Segoro Anakan Lagoon (2 hours): Trek through tropical forest along rocky paths to reach the lagoon. Segoro Anakan is a turquoise lagoon connected to the Indian Ocean by a coral cave.
  • Afternoon – Camp Setup: Build tents, gather firewood, and settle in by the lagoon.
  • Evening – Outdoor Experience: Spend the night camping beside Segoro Anakan, enjoying the natural surroundings.

Day 2 – Sunrise at Segoro Anakan → Goa Cina Beach

  • 05:00 – Sunrise at Segoro Anakan: Watch the sun rise over the cliffs and southern Java coastline. Swim in the lagoon and observe the cave that fills it with seawater at high tide.
  • Morning Trek Back to Sendang Biru: Return through the forest to the Gulf of Ants, then cross back by boat.
  • 12:00 – Lunch & Clean‑up at Sendang Biru Beach: Shower, rest, and enjoy lunch.
  • 14:00 – Goa Cina Beach: Continue to Goa Cina, a natural beach along the same coastline. Explore the cave, relax on the sand, and enjoy the sunset atmosphere.
  • Evening – Return Transfer: After sunset, head back to Surabaya/Malang airport, station, or hotel.
