Bertamasya Indonesia mainly sells tourism product like tour packages, transfer services, attraction tickets, transport charter, sharing group trip etc.

Included items of product may vary depending to the product type itself, even in the same type of product sometimes have different included items. For detail information about included items, its stated in each product details.

Some tour destination/attraction have different ticket policy between domestic and international tourists, if they do, it will be stated in the product details, and if you’re foreign tourist, you need to include it into your booking.

The tour guide service is a part of inclusion and exclusion item of a product. Some product include this service but some other not, this information stated in each product detail.

Some product includes a tour guide service as the basic facility, but in case it doesn’t include it, you can add it in Optional extra service, it will be added to the tour cost.

Yes of course. The tour guide service which optionally you can add it the extra services section will serve you for your whole trip.

No. Itinerary plan is a subject for flexible arrangement depends to the pick up location, traffic condition, departure time and many other.

The basic itinerary plan is as stated in the product detail, but you can ask our crew/guide to stop in some other place not too far from the route plan as long it will not change the whole itinerary plan.

As stated, the itinerary plan is flexible and the maximum limit of its flexibility is to end this trip within the same day of the end of tour day.

Booking and payment

All listed product are available for booking unless its stated unavailable, but if you still not sure about it, please contact the customer service.

Booking and payment is required through the website for all product type. Booking through the phone call, text message or other method is not possible.

Its easy to make a booking through the website of Bertamasya Indonesia, you jsut need to choose which product you want to book, learn the detail, fill the requested booking info, follow the booking steps until payment step and then pay using available payment channel. Done!

Once you have complete booking and payment, you will receive an email confirmation contains your booking information, its generated automatically by the system.

The email confirmation is generated automatically by the booking system of Bertamasya Indonesia. If you did not find it in your email inbox, try to find it in spam mail, some email provider categorize it as a spam. But if you still did not find it, please contact our customer services.

The email confirmation contains all of your product details, booking information, product price, payment information and the product e-voucher.

Just skip your previous booking and make a new one and then choose different payment channel.

We can accept payment in IDR – Indonesia Rupiah currency only. The government regulations don’t allow payment in other currency.

The available payment channel are Indonesia bank transfer, virtual account, debit/credit card, e-wallet which collaborate with GPN, payment through national store.

If you’re foreigner, you can use your debit/credit card, additional cost maybe charged to you by the payment gateway company.

Some time, card payment take longer than usual, if your first payment try was fail, refresh your browser and try the second and third.

You will get instant confirmation by email after you have completed payment using your debit/credit card.

Full payment is required on booking. But if you have a specific urgent conditions that allow you to pay down payment only instead of full payment, try get in touch with our customer service to find a solution.

Reschedule and Cancellation

Yes you can. Please contact our customer services to arrange it.

Rescheduling a tour can be submitted at the latest 7 days before departure date.

Yes you can. Please notify us about this rights transfer at the latest 7 days before departure date.

Tour cancellation can be requested at the latest 6:00pm on the same day you make the booking, and you’ll get full refund. After passing that period of time, cancellation request is not accepted. Please check our Term and Condition for more cancellation info.

Refund process will take different time depends to the payment method you chose when booking. Refund through the bank transfer and e-wallet payment channel normally takes 3 days, debit/credit card payment may takes 7 working day.

Tour Rescheduling can be arranged into a new date in the same year only.

Unused facilities of a tour for any reason is non refundable.

Cancellation request after 6:00pm of the booking day is not possible. But try get in touch with our customer services, they will assess your conditions to find a solution.

No show because of your absence on the day of tour departure is non-refundable.

Cancellation request made 7 days before tour departure is non-refundable.

Yes, and cancellation fee will be charged to you. But if you make a cancellation request within 7 days before tour departure for any reason is non-refundable.

This is a subjective situations, and it is non-refundable.
