Departure Tips: To ensure a seamless journey, we suggest flying from your hometown to Ambon one day before your Langgur flight. Alternatively, a midnight flight that lands in Ambon early morning works well for same-day transfers.

Return Tips: From Langgur, an early morning flight is ideal to connect back to Ambon. From Ambon to your hometown, we recommend booking an afternoon flight to allow for buffer time and a relaxed transit.

• Booking Deadline & Payment Policy To secure your spot, full payment is required no later than 7 days before the tour departure date. This ensures availability of accommodations, guides, and boat transfers.
• Itinerary Flexibility The itinerary may change depending on weather, wave conditions, or local circumstances. Pick-up times, snorkeling spots, and island visits may be adjusted for safety and comfort.
• Room Occupancy Policy Hotel rooms are based on twin-sharing (1 room for 2 persons). If your group has an odd number of travelers, an extra bed will be added to one of the rooms. Children will be accommodated in the same room with their parents, sharing the available bedding or using an extra bed if needed.
• Entrance Fees for International Tourists The stated tour prices apply to Indonesian citizens. If you are a foreign tourist, you are required to pay an additional entrance ticket fee, which is not included in the base price. Please make sure to add this fee in the cart page during booking.
• Snorkeling & Island Hopping Inclusions Speedboat transfers and guided snorkeling are included. You may bring your own snorkeling gear for comfort, though basic equipment is usually provided.
• Local Cuisine & Dietary Notes Meals include local specialties with fresh seafood and tropical ingredients. Vegetarian options are available upon request—please inform us in advance.
• Connectivity & Mobile Signal Mobile coverage is available in most areas, but remote islands may have limited signal. Wi-Fi is available at most hotels.
• Cash & Local Payments ATMs are limited in the region. Please bring sufficient cash for personal expenses, snacks, and optional entrance fees. Most local vendors do not accept credit cards.
• Cultural Etiquette Respect local customs by dressing modestly in villages and asking permission before photographing people or sacred sites.
• Physical Activity Level The tour includes light trekking, snorkeling, and optional cycling. A basic level of fitness is recommended, but all activities are beginner-friendly.
