• Booking Deadline To ensure smooth logistics and guide availability, bookings must be completed at least 2 days before your desired departure date. Last-minute bookings may not be accommodated due to boat and permit arrangements.
• Punctuality Required Please arrive on time at Banyumandi Harbor. Late arrivals may result in missed boat departures, and the tour cannot be rescheduled or refunded if you arrive too late.
• Foreign Tourist Fee Menjangan Island is part of West Bali National Park, which requires an entrance ticket. Foreign tourists must pay an additional fee. This optional charge is listed on the booking page—please mark it to include it in your package to avoid delays.
• Private Experience This is a fully private tour—no group sharing. You’ll enjoy personalized service, flexible timing, and a peaceful snorkeling experience tailored to your pace and preferences.
• Departure Point The tour begins and ends at Banyumandi Harbor in Gerokgak, Buleleng (Northwest Bali). This harbor offers direct access to the Bali Strait and West Bali National Park.
• Snorkeling Gear Snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel) is available upon request. You’re welcome to bring your own gear for added comfort and fit.
• Wildlife Sightings Menjangan Island is named after its native wild deer (“menjangan” in Indonesian). While sightings are not guaranteed, early visits increase your chances of encountering these gentle animals.
• Temple Visits The island features several sacred Hindu sites. Visitors are encouraged to wear modest clothing when exploring these areas out of respect for local customs.
• Weather Dependent The itinerary may be adjusted based on sea conditions, tides, or weather. Your safety and comfort are the top priority, and guides will make real-time decisions to ensure a smooth experience.
