General Policy
- Bertamasya Indonesia is a Travel Agency company and sales tour packages at online site https://www.bertamasya.com/, in this Term and Conditions will mentioned as “we”, “us” or “our”.
- By accessing and/or using and booking at this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to the terms and conditions of use set out below.
- Please note that we may change, modify, add and delete these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice
- Customer age policy as it is mentioned in our tour package are as follow
- Baby are in the range of 0 up to 2 years old
- Adults are above 5 years old.
Reservation Policy
- Customers are required to fill the reservation form with valid and complete data as it is required in reservation form, we are not responsible for the failure of providing information or failure of order due to the inaccuracy of customers data
- The booking will be considered valid after the customers has made payment according to the payment terms on the tour package details and these terms and conditions
- To make a reservation, you must be over eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to make transactions (or have the authority of your legal guardian). You must use your credit or debit card, issued in your name, and make sure that there is sufficient funds to cover transaction costs. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions conducted on your behalf or in your account.
Payment Policy
- Customers must make full payment according to the exact amount stated in the tour package details.
- All payments must be completed before the specified deadline. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without further processing.
- Tour package prices do not include transaction fees. Any local or international bank transfer fees may be billed separately to the customer.
- Payments via credit/debit card will incur an additional charge of 3.2% of the total package price.
- Payments via bank transfer will incur an additional fee of IDR 7,000 per transaction.
- In cases of credit/debit card fraud or unauthorized use, customers must immediately contact their bank or card issuer. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such incidents.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by the customer within 12 hours of booking or before 6:00 PM (WIB, UTC+7) on the same day are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 12 hours or after 6:00 PM (WIB, UTC+7) on the same day are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
- If we cancel the tour for any reason, including force majeure, customers will receive a partial refund, with the amount communicated within 7 days of the cancellation notice.
- Customers who do not show up on the day of departure are not eligible for a refund.
Unused Services
- Services not used by the customer during the tour are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
Customer Changes & Rescheduling
- Customers may request to reschedule their tour up to 7 days before departure by contacting our customer service team. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Customers may transfer their booking to another person by notifying us at least 3 days before departure.
Pricing
- Prices are as stated in the tour package details and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Price adjustments may occur due to currency fluctuations, operational costs, or other factors.
- Foreign tourists may be subject to additional entrance fees, as specified in the tour details.
Facilities & Inclusions
- Tour packages include only the services explicitly listed in the package details.
- Any service or facility not mentioned is considered excluded from the package.
We are not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for
- Accidents, damages or losses experienced by participants and customer luggage during the trip.
- Cancellations and changes or reduce of tour schedule because of natural disaster, riots, and so on that are ‘Force Majeure’ .
- Illness or death of customers due to customer’s illness or accident during the trip.
Travel Document
- Foreign tourist customers must haves travel documents consist of active passport in minimum 6 months and VISA
Accommodations, Food and Itinerary
- The use of Hotel/Guest house room is one room for two persons unless stated differently in the tour packages details.
- We have the rights to change the hotel/room type in case the hotel/room type is fully booked.
- Food will be served in a local restaurant with standard menu, customer will be charged additionally by ordering/adding new food menu.
- Tour itinerary may changes depend to many situations during the trip like traffic jam, pick up location etc.
Travel Insurances
- All of our tour packages are not included travel insurances.
- We strongly recommend our customers to have their own travel insurances and make sure it valid for the use in tour destination country
Special Request
- Special request made by customers such as hotel/room type changes, special food, additional tour arrangement outside the package is allowed depends to the availability and must be made on booking process or at the latest 3 (three) days prior to the tour departure.
- We can reject customer’s special request in case of that request cannot be fulfilled by our crew.
Force Majeure
- We will not be liable for any non-performance or violation of these Terms, such as for transaction failure, restricted access to the Site, or any damage or harm to users caused by any act or condition beyond the reasonable control of either You or Us (“Force Majeure Event”).
- Force Majeure Events include but are not limited to natural disaster (floods, earthquakes), epidemic, riot, a declaration of war, war, military action, terrorist action, embargo, sanctions, changes in laws or regulations, lightning, hurricanes / typhoons / cyclones, labour strikes, demonstrations, airline or hotel bankruptcy or insolvency, and so forth.
