The collaboration process is straightforward, allowing partners to submit their products and services while ensuring that all offerings meet our quality and operational standards before being promoted to customers.

Product Submission

Interested partners may submit their travel products or services by providing the required business information, product details, pricing, availability, operational requirements, and supporting materials such as photos, itineraries, and company profiles. Complete and accurate information helps facilitate a faster review process.

Review and Evaluation

All submissions are reviewed by our team to assess product quality, operational feasibility, pricing competitiveness, customer value, and compliance with applicable regulations. Additional information or clarification may be requested during the evaluation process.

Partnership Approval

Once a product or service meets our requirements, the partner will be notified regarding the approval status and the applicable commercial arrangement. Approval of a partnership application does not guarantee publication of every submitted product, as each product may be evaluated individually.

Product Listing and Promotion

Approved products may be published and promoted through Bertamasya Indonesia’s sales and marketing channels, including our website, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, partner networks, and other promotional activities. Product descriptions and presentation may be adjusted for consistency, accuracy, and marketing effectiveness.

Booking and Reservation Process

When a customer submits an inquiry or makes a booking, Bertamasya Indonesia will coordinate with the partner to confirm availability, pricing, operational requirements, and reservation details. Partners are expected to provide timely responses to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Service Delivery

The partner remains fully responsible for delivering the booked product or service according to the published details, agreed inclusions, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Partners should maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Communication and Operational Updates

Partners are required to promptly inform Bertamasya Indonesia of any changes that may affect customer bookings, including schedule adjustments, pricing updates, service suspensions, temporary closures, operational disruptions, or force majeure events. Timely communication helps minimize customer inconvenience and maintain service quality.

Commercial Arrangement and Payment

Commercial terms may vary depending on the type of product, destination, and partnership structure. Collaboration models may include commission-based partnerships, net rates, markups, contracted rates, or other mutually agreed arrangements. Detailed commercial terms will be discussed and agreed upon separately between both parties.

Performance Monitoring

To maintain quality standards, Bertamasya Indonesia may periodically evaluate product performance, customer feedback, service quality, operational reliability, and responsiveness. Continued participation in the Travel Partner Program may depend on maintaining satisfactory performance standards.

Ongoing Partnership

We aim to build long-term relationships with reliable travel partners who share our commitment to quality, professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. Successful partnerships may lead to additional collaboration opportunities, expanded product offerings, and broader marketing exposure across our travel network.

To ensure a consistent level of service quality and customer satisfaction, all partners participating in the Bertamasya Indonesia Travel Partner Program must meet certain operational, legal, and professional standards. These requirements help create a reliable partnership network and provide travelers with trustworthy travel products and services.

Legal Business Operations

Partners should operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in their respective regions. Depending on the nature of the business, partners may be required to possess valid business permits, licenses, certifications, insurance coverage, or other documents required by local authorities.

Accurate Product Information

All submitted products and services must include complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes product descriptions, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, availability, meeting points, operational requirements, cancellation policies, and any other details that may affect customer expectations.

Competitive and Transparent Pricing

Partners are expected to provide clear and transparent pricing structures without misleading information or hidden charges. Any applicable surcharges, optional services, seasonal adjustments, government fees, or mandatory charges should be disclosed in advance.

Service Quality Commitment

Partners should maintain professional service standards and deliver products and services as described in the approved listing. Any material changes to the service should be communicated to Bertamasya Indonesia before affecting customer bookings whenever possible.

Operational Reliability

Partners must have the operational capacity and resources necessary to fulfill confirmed bookings. This includes maintaining adequate staffing, transportation, equipment, accommodation allocations, permits, and supplier relationships required to deliver the agreed services.

Customer Service Standards

Partners are expected to respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, operational questions, and customer-related matters. Professional communication and efficient coordination are essential to ensuring a positive customer experience.

Safety and Risk Management

Safety should always be a top priority, particularly for adventure tourism, outdoor activities, transportation services, and other experiences involving operational risks. Partners are responsible for implementing appropriate safety measures, providing necessary safety equipment, and complying with applicable safety regulations and industry best practices.

Product Availability Management

Partners must provide accurate availability information and promptly notify Bertamasya Indonesia of any changes that may impact existing or future bookings. This includes schedule adjustments, temporary closures, capacity limitations, maintenance periods, and force majeure situations.

Marketing Materials and Content

Partners should ensure that all submitted photos, videos, descriptions, logos, and promotional materials are accurate, professional, and legally authorized for use. Partners must possess the necessary rights and permissions for any content submitted for publication or marketing purposes.

Compliance with Ethical Business Practices

Partners are expected to conduct business professionally, ethically, and responsibly. Fraudulent activities, misleading advertising, discriminatory practices, illegal operations, or conduct that may damage customer trust or the reputation of Bertamasya Indonesia may result in suspension or termination of the partnership.

Continuous Quality Improvement

Bertamasya Indonesia may periodically review partner performance based on factors such as customer feedback, service quality, operational reliability, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction. Partners are encouraged to continuously improve their products and services to maintain high standards and strengthen long-term collaboration opportunities.

Right to Review and Approval

Meeting the above requirements does not automatically guarantee approval of a partnership application or product listing. Bertamasya Indonesia reserves the right to evaluate, approve, reject, suspend, edit, or remove any partnership, product, or service listing at its sole discretion in order to maintain quality standards, operational reliability, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The Bertamasya Indonesia Travel Partner Program is designed to create a fair and mutually beneficial business relationship between our company and travel industry partners. Commercial arrangements may vary depending on the type of product, destination, operational requirements, sales volume, and partnership structure.

Flexible Partnership Models

We understand that different travel products and services require different commercial approaches. Therefore, partnership arrangements may be established using one of several pricing models, including commission-based agreements, net rate agreements, markup structures, contracted rates, or other mutually agreed commercial terms.

Net Rate Partnership

Under a net rate arrangement, partners provide their best available net rates for products or services. Bertamasya Indonesia may apply a markup to determine the final selling price offered to customers. The amount of the markup may vary depending on market conditions, promotional activities, operational costs, and sales strategies.

Commission-Based Partnership

For commission-based collaborations, partners provide a public or agreed selling price, and Bertamasya Indonesia receives a commission for each confirmed booking generated through our sales channels. Commission percentages may vary depending on the product category, destination, booking volume, and other commercial considerations.

Custom Commercial Arrangements

Certain products or services may require customized pricing structures due to their unique operational characteristics. In such cases, specific commercial terms may be negotiated separately and documented through a mutually agreed partnership arrangement.

Pricing Accuracy and Updates

Partners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date pricing information. Any changes to rates, surcharges, government fees, entrance fees, fuel surcharges, seasonal pricing, or operational costs should be communicated as early as possible to prevent booking discrepancies and customer inconvenience.

Seasonal and Special Period Pricing

Partners may implement different pricing during peak travel periods, public holidays, festive seasons, special events, or other high-demand periods. Any seasonal surcharges or special pricing conditions must be clearly disclosed and approved before being applied to customer bookings.

Promotional Pricing

From time to time, Bertamasya Indonesia and its partners may jointly participate in promotional campaigns, discounts, marketing events, or special offers. Participation in promotional activities will be subject to mutual agreement and may involve specific pricing arrangements for the duration of the campaign.

Booking Confirmation and Rate Validity

All pricing is subject to availability and final confirmation at the time of booking. Partners are expected to honor confirmed rates that have been agreed upon and communicated to customers unless circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent fulfillment.

Payment Terms

Payment procedures, settlement schedules, invoicing requirements, and payment methods may vary depending on the partnership model and operational arrangement. Specific payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon separately between both parties prior to commencing commercial cooperation.

Taxes and Government Charges

Partners remain responsible for complying with all applicable tax regulations, licensing obligations, government fees, and legal requirements related to their business operations. Any taxes or mandatory charges that affect pricing should be clearly communicated in advance.

Commercial Term Revisions

Bertamasya Indonesia reserves the right to review and discuss adjustments to commercial arrangements, commission structures, pricing models, or operational requirements as business conditions, market trends, regulatory requirements, or partnership performance evolve over time. Any significant changes will be communicated and discussed with the partner before implementation.

Final Commercial Agreement

All commission structures, net rates, payment procedures, settlement schedules, and other commercial terms will be finalized through direct discussion between Bertamasya Indonesia and the partner. Participation in the Travel Partner Program does not guarantee a specific commission rate, sales volume, or revenue level unless otherwise agreed in writing.
