After a short briefing, we drive east across the iconic Suramadu Bridge, the longest bridge in Indonesia, connecting Java and Madura. The scenic 4‑hour journey leads to Aeng Tong Tong village in Sumenep, the heart of traditional keris craftsmanship. Guided by local experts, you’ll learn about keris production, its philosophy, myths, and cultural significance.

In the evening, check in to your hotel in Sumenep before visiting the majestic Great Mosque of Sumenep, a landmark of Madura’s Islamic heritage. Stroll through its beautiful gardens, soak in the night atmosphere, and enjoy dinner in the city before returning to your hotel for overnight rest.

Day 2: Gili Labak Island – Return to Surabaya

After breakfast, we head to Kalianget traditional harbor and board a wooden boat for a 2‑hour crossing to Gili Labak island, a hidden paradise in Sumenep. Spend the day snorkeling vibrant coral reefs, swimming in crystal‑clear waters, or relaxing on the pristine white sandy beach. This uninhabited island offers the perfect blend of adventure and leisure.

By afternoon, return to Sumenep and continue the drive back to Surabaya. On the way, stop at local Madura snack and souvenir centers near Suramadu Bridge to shop for authentic treats and crafts.
