Day 1: Surabaya – Toroan Waterfall – Sumenep
Your adventure begins with a pickup in Surabaya—whether from your hotel, airport, or public meeting point. We’ll cross the iconic Suramadu Bridge, connecting Java to Madura Island, then follow the scenic northern coastal road to Toroan Waterfall in Ketapang, Sampang (approx. 2 hours). This rare seaside waterfall offers a stunning view where freshwater cascades directly into the Madura Sea. Relax on the nearby beach and soak in the tranquil atmosphere.
After enjoying the waterfall, we continue to Sumenep Regency (2–2.5 hours drive), stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. If time permits, we’ll visit the Keraton Museum of Sumenep, home to historical artifacts and royal heritage from the Sumenep Palace and Madura’s rich past. After hotel check-in and some free time, we’ll head out for dinner at a local eatery. In the evening, enjoy the serene ambiance of the Great Mosque of Sumenep, a masterpiece of multicultural architecture. Return to the hotel for overnight rest.
Day 2: Gili Labak Island – Pamekasan
After breakfast, we depart for Kalianget Harbor to board a traditional wooden boat to Gili Labak Island (approx. 2 hours crossing). This hidden gem in eastern Madura offers pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling. Explore the island’s natural beauty, mingle with locals, and enjoy fresh coconut by the shore.
Once we return to Kalianget, we drive to Pamekasan, a cultural hub in central Madura. After dinner at a local restaurant, we’ll visit the Arek Lancor Monument and the Great Mosque of Pamekasan, two iconic landmarks that reflect the island’s spiritual and civic pride. Check in to your hotel and enjoy free time to relax.
Day 3: Batik Tour – Bangkalan – Surabaya
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading to Bangkalan Regency (approx. 2–2.5 hours drive). Here, we’ll visit a Madura batik home industry and gallery, where you can learn about traditional batik-making techniques and shop for authentic handcrafted textiles.
Lunch will be served at a popular Bangkalan restaurant known for its signature fried duck with spicy sambal—a must-try local delicacy. On the way back to Surabaya, we’ll stop at a snack and souvenir center near the Suramadu Bridge, offering typical Madurese treats and keepsakes. Arrive in Surabaya and conclude your unforgettable 3-day Madura Island tour.
