Tour Plan
We will pick you up in the morning from Yogyakarta—whether at your hotel, the airport, or any public location. From there, we’ll drive to Dieng Plateau in Wonosobo by private car. The journey takes approximately 3.5 hours through scenic Central Java landscapes.
Our first destination is the Arjuna Temple Complex, where you’ll explore ancient Hindu temples surrounded by misty highlands. Afterward, we’ll take a short break and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Next, we’ll visit Sikidang Crater, one of Dieng’s active volcanic sites known for its bubbling geothermal activity. Before late afternoon, we’ll check in at the hotel and rest. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant, followed by free time and an overnight stay in Dieng Plateau.
At 03:00 AM, we’ll begin our journey to Sikunir Hill, famous for its breathtaking golden sunrise. After a 30-minute trek to the summit, you’ll witness one of the most iconic moments in Dieng—the golden sunrise over the highlands, framed by stunning mountain silhouettes.
After sunrise, we’ll visit Telaga Warna, a vibrant-colored lake that shimmers beautifully under sunlight. Then, we’ll head to Padang Tieng, a highland village often described as “land above the clouds,” offering a unique cultural and scenic experience.
To conclude the tour, we’ll stop by local shops to buy Wonosobo souvenirs and traditional snacks. Afterward, we’ll drive back to Yogyakarta, arriving before nightfall—marking the end of your unforgettable Dieng Plateau adventure.
