Day 1: Berau Airport – Derawan Islands

- 13:00 – Begin your journey with a scenic 3-hour drive to Tanjung Batu Harbor, passing through lush landscapes and local villages. This overland route offers a glimpse of Kalimantan’s natural beauty before reaching the coast.
- 16:00 – Board a speedboat for a 30-minute crossing to Derawan Island, where turquoise waters and white sandy beaches await. Upon arrival, check in to your beachfront hotel and enjoy free time to relax, explore the shoreline, or take a peaceful walk around the island.
- 19:00 – Enjoy a welcome dinner featuring local cuisine, followed by a tour briefing to prepare you for the exciting days ahead. Our team will share safety tips, itinerary highlights, and snorkeling guidance.
- 20:00 – Free time to unwind. You can rest in your room, enjoy the island’s tranquil evening atmosphere, or take a moonlit stroll along the beach.
Day 2: Derawan – Maratua – Haji Mangku Cave – Kakaban – Sangalaki

- 10:30 – Begin the 3-hour drive to Berau Kalimarau Airport, with a stop for lunch at a local restaurant offering authentic Kalimantan flavors.

Five days in Derawan with the crew was next level! Every day felt like a new adventure – swimming with turtles, manta rays, and even spotting a few baby sharks. The islands were chill, water super clear, and the guides knew all the best spots. Only small minus, some gear felt a bit worn out, but nothing that ruined the fun.
