• Staying at a hotel in Batu city? We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services from any location within Batu city for an additional fee. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we highly recommend adding this service to your package during the booking process.
• Staying outside Batu city? Unfortunately, we do not provide pick-up or drop-off services beyond Batu city limits. However, our crew will share detailed directions and guidance to help you reach the designated meeting point easily. You can use a local taxi or ride-hailing service to get there comfortably.
