Bromo Day Trip from Malang – Crater Trek & Scenic Landscapes

08:00 – Pickup in Malang Meet our crew at your hotel or designated location in Malang. After a short briefing, begin the scenic drive to Wonokitri village, gateway to Mount Bromo.
10:30 – Arrive at Wonokitri & Transfer to 4WD Jeep Switch to a 4WD Hardtop jeep and continue into Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, enjoying the highland scenery along the way.
11:30 – Explore the Sea of Sands & Visit Poten Temple Drive across the vast Sea of Sands and stop for sightseeing at Poten Temple, a sacred Hindu site surrounded by volcanic terrain.
12:00 – Trek to Mount Bromo Crater Rim Begin a 40-minute trek to the rim of Mount Bromo’s active crater. Optional horse rides are available. Enjoy panoramic views and take photos at the top.
13:30 – Enjoy the Landscape at Penanjakan View Point Head to Penanjakan View Point for sweeping daytime views of Mount Bromo, Semeru, and the surrounding caldera—ideal for panoramic shots.
14:00 – Return to Wonokitri and then continue Journey to Malang Begin the drive back to Malang, passing through East Java’s scenic highlands and rural villages.
17:00 – Tour Ends in Malang Arrive back in Malang. Tour complete.

• Mask or Scarf – Helps filter volcanic dust, especially near the crater and Sea of Sands.
• Camera or Smartphone – Capture sunrise views, volcanic landscapes, and cultural sites like Poten Temple.
• Cash (IDR) – For optional horse rides, local snacks, or restroom access.

• Daily Availability & Booking Minimum This tour operates every day with a minimum booking of 1 person. Early reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date.
• Travel Duration & Start Time Mount Bromo is located approximately 2.5 hours east of Malang. To maximize your experience, we recommend starting the tour in the early morning or midnight to allow enough time for sunrise viewing and crater exploration.
• Pickup/Drop-off in Batu City Pickup and drop-off in the Batu city area is available with an additional fee. Please select this option during booking.
• Entrance Fees for Foreign Tourists Listed prices apply to Indonesian citizens. Foreign tourists are subject to additional entrance fees, which must be added during the booking process.
• Tour Confirmation & Contact Info After completing your booking, we’ll send the name and contact number of your assigned tour officer no later than 1 day before departure.
• Flexible Itinerary The itinerary may vary depending on pickup location, traffic conditions, and other factors. We’ll always aim to optimize your experience while maintaining safety and comfort.
• Toilet Facilities Are Basic Public toilets are available at key stops, but they may be basic and require a small fee. Carry tissues and hand sanitizer for comfort.

• International ticket: Rp255.000
• Each attraction ticket is valid for 1 time use in a day per person.
• Children (2-5) years old Non-Indonesian ID Card Holder are also subject for this additional fee.
