00:00 AM – Pickup in Malang Begin your journey with a midnight pickup from your hotel or designated location in Malang. After a short briefing with our crew, enjoy a 2.5–3 hour drive to Wonokitri village, the eastern gateway to Mount Bromo. Use this time to rest and prepare for the adventure ahead.
03:00 AM – Arrive at Wonokitri & Transfer to 4WD Jeep Upon arrival, switch to a 4WD Hardtop jeep and head toward Penanjakan View Point, the highest sunrise spot in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.
05:00 AM – Sunrise at Penanjakan View Point Watch the sun rise over Mount Bromo and Semeru, casting golden light across the vast caldera. Capture sweeping views of volcanic peaks, misty valleys, and the Sea of Sands below—perfect for photography and quiet reflection.
06:30 AM – Descend to Sea of Sands & Visit Poten Temple Drive down into the Sea of Sands and stop for sightseeing at Poten Temple, a sacred Hindu site nestled in the volcanic plain. From here, begin a short trek (or optional horse ride) to the rim of Mount Bromo’s active crater.
07:00 AM – Explore Bromo Crater Rim Reach the crater rim and take in the dramatic views of the steaming volcano. Spend time exploring, taking photos, and enjoying the surreal landscape.
08:00 AM – Photo Stop at Sea of Sands Continue with a scenic photo stop in the Sea of Sands, capturing the vast, desert-like terrain that surrounds Bromo.
09:00 AM – Return to Malang Begin the drive back to Malang, passing through East Java’s highland scenery.
11:30 AM – Tour Ends in Malang Arrive back in Malang city. Tour complete.

• Daily Availability & Booking Minimum This tour operates every day with a minimum booking of 1 person. Early reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date.
• Travel Duration & Start Time Mount Bromo is located approximately 2.5 hours east of Malang. To maximize your experience, we recommend starting the tour in the early morning or midnight to allow enough time for sunrise viewing and crater exploration.
• Pickup/Drop-off in Batu City Pickup and drop-off in the Batu city area is available with an additional fee. Please select this option during booking.
• Cold Temperatures at Bromo Nighttime temperatures at Bromo can drop to 0–10°C. Please bring warm clothing, including a jacket, gloves, and head cover to stay comfortable during the sunrise and crater trek.
• Breakfast Options Breakfast is not included in the tour. You may bring your own food or purchase snacks and light meals from local vendors near the crater area.
• Entrance Fees for Foreign Tourists Listed prices apply to Indonesian citizens. Foreign tourists are subject to additional entrance fees, which must be added during the booking process.
• Tour Confirmation & Contact Info After completing your booking, we’ll send the name and contact number of your assigned tour officer no later than 1 day before departure.

• Toilet Facilities Are Basic Public toilets are available at key stops, but they may be basic and require a small fee. Carry tissues and hand sanitizer for comfort.
