Bromo Crater – Begin your adventure with a trek to the rim of Mount Bromo’s active crater. Walk across the Sea of Sand and ascend the staircase for a close-up view of the steaming caldera.
Poten Temple (Sightseeing Only) – A sacred Tenggerese site located in the caldera, passed en route to the crater. Admire its cultural significance from the Jeep trail.
The Sea of Sand (Pasir Berbisik) – Ride across Bromo’s vast volcanic desert in a Jeep Hardtop, surrounded by dramatic terrain and golden afternoon light.
Sunset at Penanjakan, Love Hill, or Kingkong Hill – Conclude your journey with panoramic sunset views over Mount Bromo, Semeru, and the surrounding highlands. Each viewpoint offers a unique angle and atmosphere for twilight photography.

Warm Jacket & Gloves – Temperatures before sunrise can drop below 10°C. Layer up to stay comfortable.
Dust Mask or Scarf – Especially important during dry season (May–November) to protect your breathing from volcanic dust.
Sturdy Shoes – Ideal for trekking to the crater rim and walking on sandy terrain. Avoid sandals or slippery soles.
Camera or Smartphone – Capture stunning sunrise views and dramatic volcanic landscapes.
Headlamp or Flashlight – Useful for early morning navigation before sunrise, especially during the crater hike.
Snacks & Water – Stay energized and hydrated throughout the tour. No shops are available during the route.
Cash for Snacks, Beverages & Entrance Fees – Bring enough cash for Bromo National Park entry and to purchase hot drinks or light snacks from local vendors near Penanjakan and the crater area. Digital payments may not be available.

Daily Departure: Available every afternoon with a minimum booking of 1 person—perfect for solo travelers or small groups.
Advance Booking Required: Reserve at least 1 day before departure to secure your Jeep and sunset slot.
Jeep Capacity: Each Jeep Hardtop accommodates up to 5 passengers comfortably.
Cool Weather Advisory: Temperatures can drop in the late afternoon. Bring a jacket, headwear, and closed shoes for comfort.
Foreign Tourist Entry Fee: International visitors must pay an additional Bromo National Park entrance fee. Select this option during booking to include it in your package.
Cash for Snacks & Drinks: Vendors near the crater and viewpoints offer hot drinks and snacks. Digital payments may not be accepted.
Moderate Trekking Required: The walk to Bromo Crater involves sandy terrain. Wear sturdy shoes and be cautious near the rim.
Respect Local Culture: Poten Temple is a sacred site passed during the tour. Please observe respectfully—no climbing or loud behavior.

Additional Ticket Fee

Some attractions on this tour charge different admission fees for Domestic and International Tourists. These fees are not included in the tour price. Additional admission fees apply to visitors who do not hold a valid Indonesian Identity Card (KTP). Please see the details below.

Each attraction ticket is valid for 1 time use in a day per person.
Children (2-5) years old Non-Indonesian ID Card Holder are also subject for this additional fee.

High Season Period

Bookings made during the High Season periods listed below are subject to an additional surcharge of 50%. This surcharge will be applied to the published tour price and is required for all bookings that fall within the specified High Season dates.

We booked the jeep rental for the Bromo sunset trip, and it was a highlight of our family holiday. The driver was courteous and helpful, and the jeep ride was exciting. The sunset was beautiful, with warm colors over the volcano. The only minor downside was the bumpy ride, but we expected that. A fun and safe family adventure.
