Madakaripura is just stunning! The waterfall feels magical, surrounded by tall cliffs and lush greenery. The guide was helpful and made the hike easy. Only small minus, the path gets super wet and slippery, so better bring sandals. Still, 4.5 stars for sure!
Madakaripura waterfall was stunning! The hike in was short but super scenic, and the waterfall itself is massive and refreshing. The guide was friendly and kept things smooth. Only downside, it got crowded and a bit slippery, so you gotta be careful.
We joined this day tour right after our cruise ship docked in Probolinggo, and everything was perfectly arranged. The pickup from the port was smooth and stress‑free, with the driver and guide waiting for us as soon as we disembarked. The ride to Madakaripura was comfortable, and our guide shared fascinating local stories along the way, making the journey feel just as enjoyable as the destination.
The waterfall itself was breathtaking – surrounded by lush greenery, dramatic cliffs, and refreshing mist that made the whole experience magical. The trek was well‑guided and safe, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery before heading back. For cruise passengers with limited time, this tour is the ideal way to experience one of East Java’s most stunning natural wonders. Highly recommended!
This day tour to Madakaripura was so much fun! My boyfriend and I laughed as we got wet walking through the streams—it felt like a playful adventure. The waterfall itself was stunning, and we took so many photos together. The guide was helpful, but the facilities were quite basic, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it was a great couple’s trip full of nature and laughter.
This tour felt like a true adventure. Walking through the canyon to reach the waterfall was exciting, but when heavy rain started, the guide quickly advised us to exit due to flash flood risks. It was thrilling yet slightly nerve-wracking. Still, the natural beauty was worth seeing.
