Day 1: Surabaya – Toroan Waterfall – Sumenep
Begin your journey with a convenient pickup in Surabaya—whether from your hotel, airport, or public meeting point. After a brief introduction, we cross the iconic Suramadu Bridge, the longest in Indonesia, connecting Java to Madura Island. This scenic drive sets the tone for a cultural and coastal adventure.
Our first stop is Toroan Waterfall in Ketapang, Sampang. Located along the north coast, this rare waterfall flows directly into the sea, offering a dramatic natural setting. You’ll have time to relax on the nearby beach and enjoy the peaceful coastal atmosphere before continuing the journey.
After lunch at a local restaurant, we head to Sumenep, the cultural heart of Madura. If time allows, we’ll visit the Keraton Sumenep Museum, home to royal artifacts and archaeological treasures. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and visit the beautifully illuminated Great Mosque of Sumenep before checking in and resting at your hotel.
Day 2: Gili Labak Island Snorkeling & Beach Escape
After breakfast, we travel to Kalianget Harbor and board a traditional wooden boat for a 2-hour crossing to Gili Labak Island. This tropical paradise is known for its white sand beaches, clear turquoise waters, and vibrant coral reefs—ideal for snorkeling and beach leisure.
Upon arrival, enjoy guided snorkeling around the island’s coral gardens, or simply relax under the sun. A traditional Madurese lunch will be served on the island, offering a taste of local flavors in a serene setting. You’ll have time to explore the shoreline or take photos of this untouched gem.
In the afternoon, we return to Sumenep and transfer you back to your hotel. The evening is yours to unwind, enjoy local surroundings, or prepare for the next day’s cultural exploration. This day blends adventure, nature, and relaxation in one unforgettable island escape.
Day 3: Sumenep Cultural Tour – Keris & Batik Villages
Start your day with breakfast, then head to a Keris craft village, where you’ll witness the traditional forging of Madura’s legendary dagger. Learn about the spiritual philosophy, historical significance, and myths surrounding the Keris—an essential part of Indonesian heritage.
Next, we visit a Batik production house and gallery, where artisans create vibrant Madurese motifs by hand. Discover the differences between Madura’s batik styles and those from other regions, and browse for unique pieces to take home as gifts or souvenirs.
After lunch, we drive to Pamekasan and visit the Arek Lancor Monument, a symbol of Madurese pride located in front of the Great Mosque. You’ll check in at your hotel and enjoy free time to relax or explore the town. This day highlights Madura’s living traditions and artistic soul.
Day 4: Limestone Hills – Bangkalan – Surabaya Return
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading west to Bangkalan Regency, a 2.5-hour drive through scenic countryside. Our destination is the Arosbaya Limestone Hills, a former mining site now transformed into a surreal landscape of sculpted rock formations and natural beauty.
Explore the limestone terrain and take stunning photos of this unique geological site. The area has become one of Bangkalan’s most popular attractions, offering a blend of nature and history in a dramatic setting that’s perfect for exploration and storytelling.
Before returning to Surabaya, we stop at a local snack and souvenir center near the Suramadu Bridge. Here you can shop for Madura’s signature treats and crafts. Arrive in Surabaya by late afternoon—tour ends with rich memories and cultural treasures.
