Service Duration: The standard rental includes up to 10 hours of service per day. Overtime is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Pickup & Drop-off: Available from hotels, the airport, or any location within Malang and Batu city. Please specify your pickup point during the booking process to ensure smooth coordination.
Driver Service: Your rental includes a professional local driver who is familiar with Malang - Batu and surrounding area routes, attractions, and cultural highlights. Drivers speak Bahasa Indonesia; English-speaking guides are available upon request.
Toll Fees Not Included – Any toll charges during the trip are paid separately by the customer
