What is this service?
This is a private point-to-point transfer service between Surabaya and Tumpak Sewu Waterfall (Pronojiwo, Lumajang) using a private vehicle with a professional driver. The service is available in both directions.
Is this a private transfer?
Yes. The vehicle is exclusively reserved for your group and will not be shared with other travelers.
Can I travel from Tumpak Sewu to Surabaya?
Yes. This service operates in both directions, from Surabaya to Tumpak Sewu and from Tumpak Sewu to Surabaya.
Where can the transfer start and end?
Pickup and drop-off are available at Juanda International Airport, hotels, train stations, apartments, homestays, guesthouses, or other accessible locations in Surabaya and the Tumpak Sewu (Pronojiwo, Lumajang) area.
Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
Yes. Door-to-door pickup and drop-off are included within our designated service area.
How long does the journey take?
The journey typically takes 4–5 hours, depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and any requested stops along the way.
Can I bring luggage?
Yes. Standard luggage and backpacks are welcome within the selected vehicle's luggage capacity.
Can foreign tourists use this service?
Yes. Our private transfer is available for both domestic and international travelers.
Can families with children join?
Yes. This service is suitable for solo travelers, couples, families with children, and private groups.
Can elderly guests join?
Yes. Elderly guests are welcome, provided they can comfortably enter and exit the vehicle.
Can we request stops during the journey?
Yes. Since this is a private transfer, you may request reasonable stops for restrooms, meals, coffee, convenience stores, fuel stations, or scenic photo opportunities. Extended waiting times or significant detours may be subject to additional charges.
Will the driver assist with luggage?
Yes. The driver will gladly assist with loading and unloading your luggage.
Is smoking allowed inside the vehicle?
No. Smoking and vaping inside the vehicle are not permitted to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all passengers.
Can we bring food and drinks into the vehicle?
Yes. Light snacks and drinks are welcome. We kindly ask guests to help keep the vehicle clean during the journey.
Do you provide English-speaking drivers?
English-speaking drivers are available upon request for an additional charge and are subject to availability. Please request this option when making your reservation.
Do I need to prepare cash during the trip?
Yes. We recommend carrying Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for meals, drinks, personal expenses, and any purchases made during optional stops along the route.
Can the transfer operate during rain?
Yes. Private transfers generally operate during normal weather conditions, including light rain. Service may be adjusted only if severe weather or road closures affect travel safety.
When will I receive the driver's contact details?
Your driver's name and contact information will be provided no later than 1 day before your scheduled departure.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 day before departure to ensure vehicle availability and allow sufficient time to arrange your transfer smoothly.
