• Itinerary & Timing Adjustments Itinerary and pickup times may change depending on weather, traffic, or local conditions. Your safety and comfort are our priority.
• Tour Officer Contact Info After booking, you’ll receive the name and phone number of your assigned tour officer no later than 1 day before departure.
• Additional Entrance Fee for International Tourists Please note: international tourists must pay an additional entrance ticket fee, which is not included in the base price. This fee should be added during booking.
• Weather Considerations The tour operates in most conditions, but rain may affect boat rides. A light rain jacket or poncho is recommended.
• Activity Level & Accessibility This tour involves light walking and boat boarding. It’s suitable for most fitness levels but may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges.
