- Pickup & Drop-off Flexible pickup and drop-off from hotels, Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung train stations, or any location within our service area. Please specify your pickup point during booking for smooth coordination.
- Driver Service Includes a professional local driver familiar with Bandung’s traffic patterns, landmarks, and hidden gems. Drivers speak Bahasa Indonesia; English-speaking guides are available upon request.
- Service Duration Each booking includes up to 10 hours of service per day, ideal for full-day city tours, business meetings, or multi-stop itineraries around Bandung.
- Toll Fees Toll charges are not included and must be paid separately by the customer during the trip.
- Vehicle Type Clean, air-conditioned vehicles matched to your group size—choose from city cars, MPVs, SUVs, or minibuses for larger groups.
- Itinerary Flexibility Customize your route within the Bandung area. Adjustments may be made due to traffic, weather, or special requests.

Bookings made during the High Season periods listed below are subject to an additional surcharge of 40%. This surcharge will be applied to the published tour price and is required for all bookings that fall within the specified High Season dates.
