- Pickup & Drop-off: Flexible pickup and drop-off from hotels, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, train stations, or any location within our coverage area. Please specify your pickup point during booking for smooth coordination.
- Driver Service: Includes a professional local driver familiar with Bogor and nearby area's traffic, landmarks, and hidden gems. Drivers speak Bahasa Indonesia; English-speaking guides available upon request.
- Toll Fees: Toll charges are not included and must be paid separately by the customer during the trip.

The only minor drawback was occasional traffic delays, which are common in Bogor, and slightly limited English communication at times.
