Mount Bromo
Mount Bromo is located in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park occupies four districts in East Java Province, Probolinggo, Malang, Pasuruan and Lumajang. The mountain is very popular with the stunning sunrise view, tourists usually have to climb to the top of the mountain in morning to enjoy the beautiful moment of Bromo sunrise, the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise is at Penanjakan. If you’re lucky, when you come down from the mountain, you can also see the rainbow in the sea of sand between the cliffs that surround the area. In addition to enjoying the sunrise from Penanjakan, you can also enjoy views of Mount Bromo, mount Batok and Mount Semeru, sea of sand and wide caldera and Savanna (Teletubbies hill) and Pure Poten located in the middle of a sea of sand, the place is usually used to religious ceremony called Kasodo by Tengger society.
Madakaripura Watefall
Not too far from the slopes of Bromo, we can find the historic waterfalls, this is the hermitage place of prime minister of Majapahit kingdom, Gajah Mada. Madakaripura Waterfalls can be reached about 45 minutes from Bromo area. Of the gate you have to walk about 20 minutes to reach the waterfalls, with a height of approximately 250 m, it is the tallest waterfall in East Java or even in Indonesia. I suggest you to use mountain shoes, because this waterfall area wet and slippery. When you turn left and right you can see the moss covered rock wall, because of wind gusts containing water make it grow and turn into green cliffs.

Day 1
21.00 – 22.00 : Briefing at the meeting point.
22.00 – 00.00 : Driving from Surabaya to Bromo, it will takes 3 hours.
Day 2
02.00 – 03.00 : Arrive at Bromo, rest for awhile and enjoy hot of coffee.
03.00 – 04.00 : We will start to explore Mt. Bromo by visiting first spot, sunrise Bromo at Penanjakan.
04.00 – 06.00 : Sunrise Bromo at Penanjakan
06.00 – 11.00 : Explore Bromo : Trekking to Bromo crater, Savvanah of Bromo (Bukit Teletubbies), Whispering Sands. Still using Jeep Hardtop.
11.00 – 12.00 : Rest and have lunch.
12.00 – 13.00 : Get down from the slope of Mt. Bromo and drive to Madakaripura Waterfall, it will takes 40 minutes.
13.00 – 15.00 : Enjoy Madakaripura waterfalls
15.00 – 18.00 : Back to Surabaya
18.00 – 19.00 : Separation

Gunung Bromo
Gunung Bromo terletak di kawasan Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru menempati empat kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kabupaten Probolinggo, Malang, Pasuruan dan Lumajang. Gunung ini sangat populer dengan pemandangan matahari terbit yang sangat mempesona, biasanya turis harus mendaki pagi hari ke puncak gunung Bromo hanya untuk menikmati saat indah matahari terbit di antara gunung dan kawah aktif Bromo, tempat yang sempurna untuk menikmati matahari terbit adalah di Penanjakan . Jika Anda beruntung, ketika Anda turun dari gunung, Anda juga dapat melihat pelangi di atas lautan pasir di antara tebing yang mengelilingi daerah tersebut. Selain menikmati saat matahari terbit dari Penanjakan, Anda juga bisa menikmati pemandangan kawasan gunung Bromo, gunung Batok dan gunung Semeru, lautan pasir dan kaldera yang luas dan Savana (bukit Teletubbies) dan Pure Poten yang terletak di tengah lautan pasir, tempat ini biasanya digunakan untuk upacara relegius yang disebut Kasodo oleh masyarakat Tengger.
Air Terjun Madakaripura
Tidak terlalu jauh dari lereng Bromo, kita dapat menemukan air terjun Madakaripura yang bersejarah, ini adalah tempat pertapaan Mahapatih Majahit Gajah Mada. Air Terjun Madakaripura dapat dicapai sekitar 45 menit dari kawasan Bromo. Dari pintu gerbang anda harus berjalan kira-kira 20 menit untuk mencapai Air Terjun, dengan tinggi sekitar 250 m, ini adalah air terjun tertinggi di Jawa Timur atau bahkan di Indonesia. Saya sarankan anda untuk menggunakan sepatu gunung, karena daerah air terjun ini basah dan licin. Bila Anda menoleh kiri dan kanan Anda dapat melihat lumut menutupi dinding tebing, karena hembusan angin yang mengandung air yang diakibatkan oleh percikan air terjun membuatnya tumbuh dan berubah menjadi tebing hijau.
