Bromo Sunrise Sharing Group Trip from Surabaya

00:00–01:00 – Pick-up of all participants around Surabaya city area, including hotels, train stations, or public places.
01:30–03:30 – Travel by 4WD Jeep toward the Bromo sunrise viewpoint (Penanjakan or Seruni Point) to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru
03:30–05:00 – Take a short break while waiting for sunrise; enjoy hot coffee or tea from local stalls (own expense)
05:00–06:00 – Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Bromo sunrise and capture stunning photos of the volcanic landscape
06:00–07:00 – Short drive and photo stop at Widodaren Hill, known for its dramatic views and unique rock formations
07:00–08:30 – Trek to the crater of Mount Bromo (approx. 30–40 minutes) and witness the active volcano up close from the crater rim
08:30–09:00 – Stop and take photos at the Whispering Sands (Pasir Berbisik), a vast volcanic desert
09:00–10:00 – Stop and take photos at Teletubbies Hill, also known as the Bromo Savanna, with its rolling green hills
10:00–13:00 – Return to Surabaya; tour ends with drop-off at your hotel, train station, or public places.

• This is a join-in group trip (shared tour), where other travelers will join you to explore Mt. Bromo together. Enjoy the experience with fellow adventurers as you discover the beauty of Bromo in a shared group setting.
• This trip includes pick-up from public locations within Surabaya city center, including participants’ hotels. Pick-up will begin between 00:00 AM and 01:00 AM. You may need to wait for your turn, so please be patient and stay in contact with our local crew for real-time updates.
• When booking, please set the departure date to the actual sunrise date—not the day before. This ensures accurate scheduling for your Mt. Bromo sunrise experience.
• Surabaya airport is not included in the standard pick-up area. If you require pick-up from the airport center, please add the corresponding extra service to your package.
• Once all participants have been picked up, the group will begin the Mt. Bromo sunrise tour together. Enjoy the journey as a shared experience with your fellow travelers.
• After the tour concludes, we will transfer you back to your hotel in Surabaya city. Relax and reflect on your adventure as we return you safely to your accommodation.

• Warm Jacket or Layers Temperatures at sunrise can drop below 10°C—especially at the viewpoint.
• Comfortable Shoes Ideal for walking on volcanic sand and trekking to the crater.
• Mask or Scarf Helps filter volcanic dust, especially near the crater and Whispering Sands.
• Headlamp or Flashlight Useful for early morning trekking before sunrise.
• Camera or Smartphone Capture epic views of the sunrise, crater, and savanna.
• Cash (IDR) For coffee, snacks, or toilet access at local stalls—cards rarely accepted.
• Sunglasses & Sunscreen The sun gets strong after sunrise, especially in open areas like the savanna.

• Reservation is required at least 3 days before the departure date. Early booking ensures availability and smooth coordination for your Mt. Bromo tour.
• Participants must be between 5 and 65 years old to join this trip. This age range is set for safety and comfort during the journey.
• Mt. Bromo temperatures at night can be cold, ranging from 5–10°C. All participants are strongly advised to bring warm clothing, including gloves and head coverings, to stay comfortable during the sunrise experience.
• The best season to enjoy the Mt. Bromo tour is during the dry season, from May to September. This period offers the clearest skies and the highest chance of witnessing a spectacular sunrise.
• Breakfast is not included in this tour. However, you may purchase food or snacks prepared by local vendors, or bring your own breakfast to enjoy during the trip.
• After completing your booking, we will send you the name and phone number of the tour officer assigned to you. This information will be provided no later than 1 day before your departure.
• Itinerary and timetable may change due to various factors. These include pick-up time, traffic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
• We reserve the right to cancel the trip in case of force majeure. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
