Our team will greet you at your hotel in Mataram or Senggigi for a short introduction before we begin the journey. We’ll drive toward the southern foothills of Mount Rinjani, heading to Tetebatu village. The scenic drive takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

10:00 AM – Visit Loyok Rattan & Bamboo Handicraft Center
En route to Tetebatu, we’ll stop at Loyok village—famous for its traditional bamboo and rattan crafts. Witness the intricate process of handmade baskets, furniture, and souvenirs crafted by local artisans.

11:30 AM – Lunch at Local Restaurant
Before reaching Tetebatu, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local eatery featuring authentic Lombok cuisine, perfect for fueling up before your trek.

01:00 PM – Tetebatu Trekking Adventure Begins
Arrive at Tetebatu village and begin a 3-hour guided trek through lush rice terraces with Mount Rinjani as your backdrop. Along the way, visit several hidden waterfalls and immerse yourself in the serene natural beauty of East Lombok.

04:00 PM – Return Journey & Souvenir Stop
After the trek, we’ll drive you back to your hotel. On the way, you’ll have the option to stop at a souvenir center in Mataram to shop for locally made crafts and keepsakes.

07:00 PM – Tour Ends at Your Hotel
Arrive back at your hotel in Mataram or Senggigi. Tour concludes with unforgettable memories of Tetebatu’s landscapes and local culture.

• Loyok Village – Bamboo & Rattan Handicraft Center Explore the heart of East Lombok’s artisan culture in Loyok, where skilled locals craft intricate bamboo and rattan products. From woven baskets to handmade furniture, this stop offers insight into traditional craftsmanship and sustainable design.
• Local Restaurant – Authentic Lombok Culinary Experience (Optional) Enjoy a lunch break at a local eatery serving regional specialties. This stop gives guests a taste of Lombok’s rich culinary heritage. Note: Lunch is not included and is paid directly by guests.
• Tetebatu Village – Highland Gateway to Mount Rinjani Located at the southern base of Mount Rinjani, Tetebatu is known for its cool climate, lush rice terraces, and peaceful village atmosphere. It’s the perfect launch point for nature treks and cultural immersion.
• Rice Field Embankments – Scenic Trekking Trail Trek through elevated paths winding across vibrant rice fields with panoramic views of Mount Rinjani. This serene landscape offers a blend of agricultural beauty and photogenic vistas.
• Tetebatu Waterfalls – Hidden Jungle Retreats Visit several waterfalls nestled in the forested hills around Tetebatu. These natural gems offer refreshing stops during your trek and showcase the pristine environment of East Lombok.
• Mataram Souvenir Center – Local Crafts & Keepsakes On your return journey, stop at a curated souvenir center in Mataram to browse locally made textiles, wood carvings, and traditional gifts. Note: Dinner is on guest bill if chosen during this stop.

• Comfortable walking shoes or trekking sandals Essential for navigating rice field embankments and uneven terrain.

• Booking Deadline: Reservations must be completed at least 2 days before the scheduled departure date to ensure proper coordination.
• Tour Duration: Full-day experience from approximately 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM, including a 3-hour guided trek.
• Pickup & Drop-off: Available from hotels in Mataram and Senggigi areas. Please confirm your location during booking.
• Physical Requirements: This tour requires good stamina and involves walking on uneven terrain. Not recommended for guests with disabilities or mobility limitations.
• Itinerary Flexibility: The itinerary may change depending on local conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure safety and comfort.
• Weather Considerations: Operates in most weather conditions. Rain gear is advised during the wet season (Nov–Mar).
• Cultural Etiquette: Dress modestly and respect local customs, especially when visiting villages and craft centers.
• Group Size & Guide: Small group experience led by a local guide fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Souvenir Stop: Optional visit to a souvenir center in Mataram on the return trip.
