Service Duration: The standard rental includes up to 10 hours of service per day. Overtime is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Pickup & Drop-off: Available from hotels, the airport, or any location within coverage service area. Please specify your pickup point during the booking process to ensure smooth coordination.
Driver Service: Your rental includes a professional local driver who is familiar with Lombok island route, attractions, and cultural highlights. Drivers speak Bahasa Indonesia; English-speaking guides are available upon request.
Toll Fees Not Included – Any toll charges during the trip are paid separately by the customer
Vehicle Type: Vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and matched to your group size—ranging from city cars to MPVs, SUVs, or minibuses.
Itinerary Flexibility: You may customize your route within the agreed coverage area. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or special requests.
Booking Deadline: Reservations should be made at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
