- Service Area: Surabaya, Gresik, Lamongan, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Malang and Probolinggo.
- Service Duration: The standard rental includes up to 10 hours of service per day. Overtime is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Pickup & Drop-off: Available from hotels, the airport, or any location within Surabaya city. Please specify your pickup point during the booking process to ensure smooth coordination.
- Driver Service: Your rental includes a professional local driver who is familiar with Surabaya and surrounding area routes, attractions, and cultural highlights. Drivers speak Bahasa Indonesia; English-speaking guides are available upon request.
- Toll Fees Not Included – Any toll charges during the trip are paid separately by the customer
- Vehicle Type: Vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and matched to your group size—ranging from city cars to MPVs, SUVs, or minibuses.
- Itinerary Flexibility: You may customize your route within the agreed coverage area. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or special requests.
- Booking Deadline: Reservations should be made at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
- Communication: For foreign tourists, we recommend purchasing a local SIM card to facilitate communication with your driver or guide during the trip.
- Payment & Confirmation: After completing your booking and payment, our customer service team will contact you with driver details and final itinerary confirmation.
Bookings made during the High Season periods listed below are subject to an additional surcharge of 40%. This surcharge will be applied to the published tour price and is required for all bookings that fall within the specified High Season dates.

Traveling with kids can be tiring, but this private car rental made it so much easier! The vehicle had enough space for our family and luggage, and the driver was kind when we needed bathroom breaks. The AC kept the kids comfortable, and we avoided the hassle of public transport. The only small drawback was no snacks provided, but we brought our own. Overall, very family-friendly and convenient.
Our group of three used the private charter, and it worked perfectly for sharing costs. The driver was friendly and managed the route well. The car was spacious enough for us and our luggage. The trip was straightforward, though not very scenic. Overall, a practical 4‑star choice for friends traveling together.
