07:00 – Pickup in Malang Your day begins with a morning pickup from your hotel, train station, airport, or any public spot in Malang city. We’ll head south toward Lumajang Regency, following scenic roads along the slopes of Mount Semeru. The drive takes approximately 2 hours.

09:00 – Arrive at Tumpak Sewu Main Gate From the entrance, enjoy a short 15-minute trek down the stairs to reach the panoramic viewpoint. The trail is moderately easy and offers lush jungle scenery along the way.

09:15 to 11:15 – Enjoy the Waterfall Viewpoint Spend up to 1 hour admiring the breathtaking curtain of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, one of Indonesia’s most iconic natural wonders. Take your time to capture stunning photos and soak in the misty atmosphere.

11:15 – Trek Back to Parking Area Retrace the same path back to the parking lot. Light refreshments are available nearby for a quick recharge.

11:45 – Depart for Malang Relax on the return drive to Malang, arriving around 13:45. We’ll drop you off at your hotel, train station, or airport—ending your day with unforgettable views and memories of East Java’s most spectacular waterfall.

• Light rain jacket or poncho (the viewpoint can be misty)

• Snacks and bottled water (especially if skipping lunch stops)

• Change of clothes (optional, if you expect to get wet)

• Daily Availability: This tour runs every day with a minimum booking of 2 persons.
• Main Experience: The standard tour takes you to the panoramic viewpoint of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall—short trekking required. It's ideal for photography and scenic enjoyment.
• Optional Add-on: If you wish to trek down to the waterfall base, an additional fee applies. This addon includes a Local Guide and 30–40 minute descent covering 800 meters of stairs, rocky paths, and river crossings. The trail also passes Goa Tetes Waterfall.
• Trekking Advisory: The descent is not recommended for elderly guests or those with physical limitations, especially during the rainy season due to safety risks.
• Seasonal Notes: Best time to visit is May to October (dry season). During December to March, trekking is discouraged due to slippery paths and potential flash floods. However, the upper viewpoint remains accessible year-round.
• Pickup & Drop-off: Available from Malang hotels, train stations, airports, or public locations. Travel time to the waterfall is approx. 2 hours.
• Guide Info: After booking, you’ll receive the name and contact number of your assigned tour officer at least 1 day before departure.
• Flexible Itinerary: Tour timing may vary based on pickup location, traffic, and weather conditions.

• International ticket: Rp100.000
• Each attraction ticket is valid for 1 time use in a day per person.
• Children (2-5) years old Non-Indonesian ID Card Holder are also subject for this additional fee.
