• Itinerary Flexibility: The itinerary and pickup time may adjust based on local conditions, weather, or traffic to ensure the best experience.
• Accommodation Policy: Hotel rooms are based on double occupancy (1 room for 2 persons). If the number of travelers is odd, an extra bed will be added to one of the rooms.
• Children Policy: Children will share a room with adults and use an extra bed.
• Guide Service: A local guide is optional and available as an add-on for deeper cultural insights and smoother logistics.
• Batik Workshop: Available at extra cost—please book in advance if you'd like a hands-on experience.

• Tour Officer Info: After booking is confirmed, we’ll send the name and contact number of your assigned tour officer 1 day before departure.
• Ullen Sentalu Museum Closure Notice Please note that Ullen Sentalu Museum is closed every Monday. If your tour falls on a Monday, this stop will be replaced with an alternative cultural or scenic experience in the Kaliurang area. We’ll inform you of the adjusted itinerary in advance.
