Day 1 – Midnight Departure for Mount Bromo Sunrise & Crater Tour

00:00 – Pickup from Malang or Surabaya Begin your adventure with a midnight pickup from your hotel, train station, or public location in Malang or Surabaya. Travel overnight to Cemoro Lawang village, the gateway to Mount Bromo (approx. 3–4 hours drive).
03:30 – Arrive at Cemoro Lawang & Switch to 4WD Vehicle Take a short rest, then transfer to a 4WD Hardtop vehicle for the final ascent to Penanjakan Viewpoint.
04:30 – Sunrise at Penanjakan Viewpoint Witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and Mount Semeru. This iconic viewpoint offers panoramic views of the Tengger Caldera—perfect for photography.
06:00 – Explore Bromo Crater & Poten Temple Descend into the Sea of Sand and trek to the rim of Mount Bromo’s active crater. Visit Poten Temple, a sacred Hindu site nestled in the volcanic desert.
08:00 – Photo Stop at Sea of Sand Enjoy a brief stop for photos in the Sea of Sand before returning to Cemoro Lawang.
08:30 – Breakfast & Rest at Cemoro Lawang
09:30 – Transfer to Sempol, Bondowoso Depart for Sempol village near Ijen Crater (approx. 5–6 hours drive through East Java’s scenic highlands).
15:30 – Arrive at Hotel in Sempol & Check-In Check in to your accommodation and rest overnight in preparation for the Ijen blue fire trek.

Day 2 – Ijen Crater Blue Fire Trek & Return

01:00 – Depart to Paltuding Base Camp Leave early for Paltuding, the starting point for the Ijen Crater hike (approx. 30 minutes drive).
01:30 – Arrive at Paltuding & Prepare for Trek Take a short rest while entrance arrangements are made.
02:00 – Trek to Ijen Crater Rim Begin the 1.5–2 hour hike to the crater rim. Along the way, observe traditional sulfur miners beginning their daily work.
03:30 – Witness the Ijen Blue Fire Descend into the crater to see the famous blue flames—visible only before sunrise. Watch miners extract sulfur and carry it in bamboo baskets.
05:00 – Return Trek to Paltuding Climb back to the rim and descend to Paltuding. The downhill trek is faster and easier.
06:00 – Breakfast & Rest at Paltuding
08:00 – Transfer Back to Malang or Surabaya Drive back to your original departure city (approx. 7–8 hours). Optional drop-off in Banyuwangi is available with additional cost.
16:00 – Tour Ends Arrive in Malang or Surabaya, marking the end of your 2-day volcano adventure.

• Daily Availability & Booking Deadline This tour operates every day with a minimum of 2 participants. Booking must be completed at least 3 days before departure to ensure proper arrangements.
• Flexible Pickup & Drop-off The tour can start and end at any location in Surabaya or Malang, including hotels, airports, harbors, or public places. Drop-off in Banyuwangi Regency is available for an additional fee—see booking page for details.
• Accommodation Details Hotel rooms are based on twin-sharing (1 room for 2 persons). If your group has an odd number of participants, an extra bed will be added to one of the rooms.
• Itinerary Flexibility The itinerary may change depending on weather, traffic, or local conditions. Pickup times and route adjustments will be communicated as needed.
• Madakaripura Waterfall Add-On If you include Madakaripura Waterfall in your package, the tour will depart 2 hours earlier to accommodate this scenic stop before visiting Mount Bromo.
• Temperature & Seasonal Tips Expect cold temperatures ranging from 0–10°C at both Bromo and Ijen during the dry season. The best time to visit is between July and October, when conditions are clearest.
• International Tourist Fees Entrance fees for Mount Bromo and Ijen Crater differ for local and international tourists. If you're an international traveler, be sure to include these fees during booking.
• Trekking & Safety The Ijen Crater trek involves 1.5–2 hours of uphill hiking and exposure to sulfur fumes. A mask or respirator is strongly recommended. Moderate physical fitness is advised.
• Final Confirmation After booking, you’ll receive the name and contact number of your assigned tour officer at least 1 day before departure for coordination and support.

• International ticket: Rp415.000
• Each attraction ticket is valid for 1 time use in a day per person.
• Children (2-5) years old Non-Indonesian ID Card Holder are also subject for this additional fee.
