• Pickup & Drop-off Locations You can start and finish the tour at any location within Jember city, including your hotel, train station, bus terminal, or other public meeting points. This flexibility makes it ideal for travelers arriving or departing on the same day.
• Booking Deadline To guarantee availability and smooth coordination, book at least 2 days before your desired departure date. Last-minute bookings may not be accommodated due to logistics and guide scheduling.
• Tour Officer Confirmation Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the name and phone number of your assigned tour officer no later than 1 day before departure. This ensures clear communication and peace of mind before your trip begins.
• Itinerary Flexibility While the itinerary is carefully planned, it may be adjusted based on weather, traffic, or local conditions. Pickup time and activity order may shift slightly to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the day.
• Seasonal Recommendation This tour is highly recommended during the dry season, typically May to October, when beach conditions are ideal and trekking trails are dry and safe. Rainy season visits may affect visibility and terrain.
• Fitness Level Required The tour involves light walking and short uphill trekking, especially to reach the Teluk Love viewpoint. It’s suitable for most ages, but participants should be comfortable with gentle outdoor activity.
