Day 1 – Banyuwangi to Sukamade Turtle Beach

09:00 – Pickup from your hotel or any location within Banyuwangi city. Meet our crew for a short tour briefing before heading southwest toward Meru Betiri National Park. Enjoy a scenic 5-hour drive through tropical forests, rugged terrain, and river crossings—an unforgettable off-road journey.
14:00 – Arrive at Sukamade village and check in to the guesthouse provided by the national park. This simple accommodation is shared by park rangers and eco-tourists. Enjoy free time to rest and explore the peaceful surroundings.
19:00 – Dinner served at the cafeteria with local dishes.
20:00 – Begin the turtle nesting observation tour. A park ranger will guide you through the process and accompany you to the beach, where you may witness mother turtles laying eggs. This activity ends around midnight, followed by rest at the guesthouse.

Day 2 – Hatchling Release & Return to Banyuwangi

06:00 – Head to Sukamade Beach with baby turtles in hand. Participate in a magical moment as you release hatchlings into the ocean—an experience perfect for wildlife lovers and photographers.
07:00 – Return to the guesthouse for breakfast and free time.
08:00 – Depart Sukamade and begin the 5-hour journey back to Banyuwangi.
14:00 – Tour ends with drop-off at your hotel or designated location in Banyuwangi.
Optional Extension: Add a visit to Red Island Beach at the end of the itinerary. If selected, arrival in Banyuwangi will be in the late afternoon.

• Tour Availability & Booking Policy This tour operates daily with a minimum booking of 2 persons. Booking must be completed at least 2 days before departure. Stated fares apply to local tourists; foreign tourists will be charged an additional entrance fee, which must be included at the booking page.
• Pickup & Drop-Off Includes round-trip transport from Banyuwangi city. Please confirm your hotel or meeting point when booking.
• Accommodation Details Guesthouse rooms are shared, with a maximum of 3 persons per room. Facilities are basic but clean, provided by Meru Betiri National Park for rangers and eco-tourists.
• Trekking & Terrain Expect off-road driving, river crossings, and jungle paths. A fit body is required. This tour is not recommended for children under 7 years old.
• Wildlife Experience Night turtle nesting observation is guided by park rangers. Morning hatchling release is a highlight—bring your camera to capture the moment.
• Weather & Seasonal Notes Itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, or unexpected conditions. If traveling during the rainy season (December to March), bring a raincoat or umbrella for comfort and safety.
• Optional Add-On You may extend the tour with a visit to Red Island Beach. If selected, arrival in Banyuwangi will be in the late afternoon.

• International ticket: Rp250.000
• Each attraction ticket is valid for 1 time use in a day per person.
• Children (2-5) years old Non-Indonesian ID Card Holder are also subject for this additional fee.
